Welcome, Do you want to relax on your holiday, do you prefer to be more active…or enjoy both?Then the Hätte Camping is the right place to be! Our campsite is a nice family campsite with large pitches (ca 100 m²) and several cabins. For our younger guests there is a playground with sandbox, football field and a table tennis table. Our campsite is situated near the Sommen lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in Sweden.From the campsite you can walk to the sunbathing area, the beach with playground and jumping tower and enjoy the nice swimming water. There is a separate part for the younger ones. Just outside the campsite you can rent boats and kayaks (see tab activities) or enjoy a nice meal in restaurant Sjökrogen. In town you’ll find several restaurants as well which even deliver to you on your pitch….. that sounds like real holiday, doesn’t it? In the reception we have a small shop where you, among other things, in the high season can order fresh rolls from the local bakery (not on Sundays). We can advise you about a lot of hiking- and cycling routes and many points of interests (see tab “activities”) and we will be happy to help you with all your questions about the surroundings. Bicycles can be rented in the reception so you are till exempel able to cycle, via the separate cycle lanes, to the centre of Tranås. The cheerful centre of Tranås is located about 4 km from the campsite and has several supermarkets, restaurants and…. the longest shopping street of South Sweden. On our website you’ll find a lot of information about activities, point of interest and much more. Of course you’ll even find a pricelist of our rental facilities.
